have never declared related party transactions before, perhaps because I didn't understand what it meant or perhaps I'm wrong to declare it now. Chalium Poppy is our Artistic and Musical Director. As such he sets the concert programmes by choosing the music and also rehearses the choir. This is all done on a voluntary basis. Chalium is paid to conduct the concert, as would a guest conductor.  We have been conducted by other conductors but usually they hire the choir and the conductor is paid by the orchestra.
