Without strong foundations — skilled staff, sound systems, and dedicated volunteers — our capacity to deliver wishes at scale would be constrained.\r\nPer our Reserve Policy, we hold a designated reserve equal to one year’s operating costs (excluding fundraising). \r\nSurplus funds are allocated to increase wish delivery, strengthen infrastructure, and scale from 170 wishes in 2024 to 500 annually by 2030.
